I got the letter in the mail, weird how they can invite me to apply? lol

if the letter says I'm pre-selected, that means I am possible for approval and it says if I am, I will get starting from $250 SL or up.

Should I apply or Barclays Bank is strict on app based on credit score?

The pre-selected invitation is simply a marketing solicitation, not a pre-approval offer OP.

If your profile is optimal or can support an approval, you can roll the dice and see what it yields. Keep in mind that a score isn't the only element that will be considered during a review of the application.
