They have been heavily 1/12 lately, yes. That said, I was 0/12 at the time of app. A wonderfully nice credit analyst told me that the reason for the denial was my lates (several 90+) from 21-24 months ago. She strongly encouraged me to re-app in 4 months. I won't, but that's okay.

I can attest they they "provide" your EX F9 each month as they do with my accounts.
I however don't recall what they pulled at app time years ago.

App sprees are a bit risky at the moment with the current economic climate IMO, but congrats nonetheless on your approvals.
BoA almost always pulls EX FICO 8 for new CC applications. Occasionally they will HP TU instead but that isn't common.
Was this the order you done them in? If not you should of stopped after the 3rd approval which was probably the 3k. Curious...
