App for 2nd NFCU card?

I know this has probably been addressed before but I couldnt find any answer through search. What is the normal amount of time one can expect to wait before getting a 2nd NFCU card? Thanks in advance

I usually say after you get your first CLI on your first one.

or right after the 1st one is instantly approved.

Has there been any luck getting a CLI before the 3 month AR? I was wanting to use the card a little more while on vacation for Halloween and that's barely before 3 months.

I got a CLI right after the September AR, a few weeks into having my Cash Rewards, but it was a bit of an unusual one... Decided to not app for Flagship until after next AR in December.
