I appd today, got the 14 msg.

Checked status online and it says:

Have the following information ready when you call:  

HOME ADDRESS  

Please call 1-866-314-0237 to finalize the processing of your application

What does this mean?

What will happen?

Maybe they need to verify information? I'd call ASAP

Is it a hint of approval?

Can't call, Have to wait til monday.

I would have called today, but I got home form work at 5.

Their lines closed at 4 and they won't answer on Sundays. So it's Monday.

I'd say that it means that they want to verify your home address. Does that mean that you are approved? Who knows? Although Amex charge cards are pretty easy to get. Good luck to you and keep us posted.

Did you provide a business address or UPS Store mailbox when apping? I got the same message and had to provide my home address for Patriot Act compliance. Card was approved instantly after verifying my actual home address.

What did you do to verify your home address?

Was your card shipped to your business or home address afterwards?

i apped for all of my amex cards including my PRG with my business address. never needed to verify home address. never had a problem.

I assume seen that I appd with my Business address, It would be sent to that? Or they would send to my home address intead?
