Sole reason was ch7 bankruptcy.
Strange as i have seen multiple people get this card with less time out of bk.
I need to get a visa or mastercard for my everyday purchases.
Capital One denied for too many inquiries and i burned Credit One in bk.
Any other suggestions?

Have you tried to recon the decision? Barclays is generally known to be very recon friendly, especially for this card. My scores were similar to yours when I applied, and I was able to recon for an approval. I'd give them a call after the holiday weekend

I did but they didn't seem even willing to try. The first rep basically said we need to see more establishment without formally doing a recon. I hung up and called again and the second rep that app had already been reconsidered by the first rep and wasn't willing to budge either.

How long have you had the cards listed in your signature? If they're all new, then you might need to wait 6-12 months before trying again. If you have a way to qualify for membership, I'd recommend looking into joining NFCU.

Discover has been 5 months and the others are 3 months..
I burned NFCU in bk so that's not an option
You mentioned several major players in your burn-list which kind of limits your options, although Cap-1 seems to forgive as far as their sub-prime options. Considering how recent your bankruptcy is I would suggest you have 2 options: #1 get a secured card or #2 give it some time.
I see that you had several AU cards as mentioned in a previous thread - have those gone away?
You might want to spend some time in the rebuilding and bankruptcy forums since a lot of MF members have shared their success and not so successful stories (and options).

I still have the AU cards on my report but i've found that noone even considers them when i apply. Barclays only mentioned the cards that were actually in my name.
I already have a Discover Secured, would you recommend getting another Secured Card? I would love to get a Capital One again but last time they denied me for too many inquiries (27 on equifax, alot were for auto loan) and i've never had a pre-qualified offer from them.
There is a difference between need and want. If your "need" is to have an MC/V and that need is currently being covered by using an AU account, then you are good to go. If your purpose is to re-establish one or more MC/V accounts in your name then I suggest you age out your bankruptcy a bit to maybe 12 months before you go crazy on the apps.
Bankruptcy is a serious hit to a credit report, it says to creditors that yeah you extended me credit and I've stiffed you so you can't expect them to jump right back in and say welcome we'd like your business when you have shown an irresponsible credit history (please no hate notes on the need for filing, I'm not judging just saying what a lenders perspective is). The cost of charge-offs and bankruptcies are borne by all of those that pay higher APR's due to "acceptable lender losses" - it's not a mindless hole that has no victim. Again, I'm not judging those that have to find a lifeline or fresh start, I'm just saying that you can't expect your Chapter 7 "restart" to equate into instant approvals for new credit lines and cards - it takes time to establish a new and responsible credit history. Note that just because you can't file a new bankruptcy for x number of years, doesn't mean you can't default on newly established credit lines or cards.
27 apps and a new auto loan (application at least) says that you expect or at least hope that your Chapter 7 filing has no effect on your future. Step by step and with time you will recover, but I think you are finding out that it's not immediate. For those that you "burned" most won't be that forgiving, Cap-1 being the known exception.... in time.
Why not increase the limit on your Discover and use that as your everyday card? If you are PIF and/or multiply times during the month, you'll keep your utilization low.
