I got the same resonse. When I went back to my acount after the chat the increase was already there. The email showed about 30mins later.
I will say I've put about $3K on it in the 4 months I've had it, and hit that pay slider as often as I could as soon as the charges posted. I suspect that was the trigger for the immediate CLI when I paid off the first charge, and *maybe* helped with this week's CLI.
Good luck tho.

Basically, I'll have a response when they are ready.. at this point I have no clue if I'll get approved or denied lol
It can go both ways ive asked for two credit increase i started out with 8500 and after three months or so i asked for my increase i want to say they gave me 1500 so i took it then the second time around they bumped it to 16k i belive. i checked my balance a month or so ago and they increased it to 19,500 without me asking i do have my wifes iphone on the installment plan and use it quite often for doordash apple store target ect and mostly pay off in full each month
Hope this Helps!!
My decision (got 1,000 increase) was a few days as well. Spend is a big factor and I spent and PIF like $4500 since my last increase like 2 years ago.
Well, 9 days later with no response. I reached out to them stating I haven't heard anything and want to speak to an higher up. The created a complaint and on day 10 they gave me a $750 increase lol. It's better then nothing. I wasn't putting much on the card- maybe 400 a month for 4 months. Paid in full and hit the slider of often. I'll try again in 90 more days lol. Thanks
