Anyone knows what Apple Card score used? I pulled up my Transunion before I applied and my new score was 672 (as of 4/4/2020). After I got denied the email shows me that as of today 4/4/2020 my score is 619. Not sure where they are getting this score. What do I missed? Is there a backdoor number I can call?
Thanks in Advance
Apple/Goldman Sachs uses TU FICO 9 for almost all requests; I think I've seen some people say EQ pulled too, infrequently.
There is no such thing as recon with them, but you can try calling/iMsg Apple, ask for Apple Card Support/Specialist.
As far as I know, Goldman Sachs does soft pulls using TransUnion when you apply. They do not report a hard pull unless you are approved and accept the card.
I applied and was approved earlier this year and sitting in the high 600s. All my Apple card details are on TransUnion only. If you want more tips on Apple Card I'd suggest reading some of the top posts on /r/AppleCard if you use reddit.
They use TU Fico 9 instead of 8
Thanks, I guess my Fico 9 score Sucks... lol
From my own experience, I can confirm that GS can double pull both EQ and TU upon accepting an Apple Card. Most of the time they appear to only pull TU.
