Nope they didn't ask me either. 

There seems to be quite a bit of variation in the live agent responses/questions. 

Has anyone who has requested been denied? I have been following here and Reddit pretty closely and have yet to see a denial from anyone.

That's why I was wondering if anyone has received a flat out denial; or if Apple/GS is basically doing silent denials.

I am not sure if anyone here has passed the 30 day mark and still not heard anything. Could it be a situation where you're either approved or you get no communication at all?

Exactly what i was thinking, i had an issue where a payment didnt post immediately that was made from apple cash so i messaged in this evening and i inquired about the status of my cli request and the rep responded with "the process may take up to 30 days" and that was all that was said, so not sure tbh.
