The 30 days carries with it the implication that customer will be notified because they have an interest in whatever the decision is. My opinion is the likely scenario is somehow we get affirmatively notified.

I am not sure if anyone here has passed the 30 day mark and still not heard anything. Could it be a situation where you're either approved or you get no communication at all?
They're required to issue a notice of adverse action explaining their reasons for denial. I imagine these are getting assigned to UW reps in batches and some are getting done quicker than others.
