Apple Card credit limit increase DPs

The 30 days carries with it the implication that customer will be notified because they have an interest in whatever the decision is. My opinion is the likely scenario is somehow we get affirmatively notified.

Well for the sake of science I put in a CLI request with Apple. My SL was 2500. Now I sit and wait lol.

That's why I was wondering if anyone has received a flat out denial; or if Apple/GS is basically doing silent denials.

I am not sure if anyone here has passed the 30 day mark and still not heard anything. Could it be a situation where you're either approved or you get no communication at all?

They're required to issue a notice of adverse action explaining their reasons for denial. I imagine these are getting assigned to UW reps in batches and some are getting done quicker than others.

Last night, the Apple Card Specialist asked me what amount I was requesting.  I was initially approved for 6500, so I decided to try for 15000

Thank you to all of you who share your insights and experiences with this community because I have benefited tremendously as a result of it. I applied and was approved for the Apple Card in Aug with $2500 SL and 23.49 APR. My TU score was around 720 at the time but file was locked, so I was approved on Apple activity. So when I read that GS was considering CLI, I quickly requested one on 11/21 and I received a reply that it would take up to 30 days be reviewed and I would notified by email. To my surprise, when I checked my wallet this morning, I found a $4000 CLI! Didn’t receive an email yet but the additional credit is available. I use this card heavily with Apple Pay and PIF every month and it did report to TU this week. So check your wallets. Good success everyone and live like it matters!

Seems my card reported to transunion this morning, no word on CLI yet, I had read that right after most received there CLI the card started reporting possible decline email coming, prepared for it 🙄

I’m currently waiting on a reply to made my request on November 30th. My card just reported with high utilization.

Has anyone seen a single CLI decline yet? I have not requested one because I am pretty happy with my limit. Just curious.
