Plenty to read in applications
DOH ... I was looking at all the approvals but forgot there was the "applications" section too.
Guess the MOD moved my posting. LMAO
How embarassing ...
Nevermind ...

Does anyone have Data Points on what is getting denied?
There are plenty of denials. Here is one thread:
So applicants that are denied have these things in common:
I applied for the apple card on 8/12/19 and was instantly denied.
Yesterday i was in the wallet app to load my AMEX card and saw the option to apply for the Apple card. Since there was no hard pull on my last application, i decided what the heck, and tried again. Same process, entered my basic info, scanned my id, etc, response came back as application in review and that i would get an email with any updates or to check back in the app for a status. No emails received, was pretty confident i was denied. i went back into the wallet today and clicked the option to (continue my application), clicked it and system said i was approved for an entire $250.00 limit, 23.99 APR. A bit disappointing with the low limit, but much better than a denial. I checked my credit reports, no hard pulls. Im happy i was approved, but the entire application/approval process is as unique as the card itself, lol. After i clicked accept, an email confirmation was sent to me. Had i not checked the wallet app again, i would not have known i was approved, strange.

Rebuilding has been a bit of a journey, but clearly im on the right track. Hope to get to 700 by the end of this year. Dont even ask me about how many inquiries i have, too many, lol
Hope this is helpful, hang in there. If your denied, id say reapply with a 650 score and up, have lower than 30% usage and no current baddies. Slowly but surely we will figure out Goldman Sachs criteria, ha ha
Also, I cant wait to read a post on who gets a CLI on the new apple card.
I checked my online account, I see no luv button for CLI requests, nor is there any info posted on the topic, such a mysterious card/bank.
Guess we have to wait and see, its just too new to know.

Some people have reached out to Apple CS and they said they will consider CLI after 6 months.
Also got a "You have recently been past due" today. I suspect it is due to either a) a medical bill that was reported late or b) Verizon FiOS failing to cancel my service when I moved out (over 2 years ago).
Been meaning to track down both of those and get them cleared, but been lazy. Before both of those hit I was well on my way to 800 and had the Chase Reserve as well as several others with a fairly high limit...so this kind of caught me off guard.
Question, shouldn't that late medical bill NOT be able to report on my credit? Best way to address? (I am paying it off).
