Thanks! I would totally do that except that it's just me lol. My "household income" is just my income.

At least they offered you $3500. That's enough to upgrade your phone and not be stuck with close to 70% utilization like my $2500 will be facing this year. 

But that APR... I didn't even know they added another tier. I was approved with the highest they had back in August and it is 23.49% right now.
