Apple card application !!

I tried apping for the apple card this morning and The declined reason was due to the bank having been unable to verify my indentification information, what does that mean ? I dont have a freeze on TU, but I do have a fraud alert, has this happened to someone before ?

A fraud alert could definitely be the problem.

My wife is on about the 4th try right now because of this very reason. It is under review at the moment. I contacted customer service via chat. The agent said to make sure to upload clear pictures of the driver's license. That was not very helpful!

Yes I did the prequal half a dozen times before it accepted my clearly readable drivers license. Offered 1500. I passed.
