Apple card prequal denied me again. Offered path to apple..Chex system?

I went on a spree doing prequals (without anyluck).
I tried the prequal for the GM card and was denied. So I thought I would try apple since they are run by the same company and to see if there is any difference between getting approvals.
I was denied at apple too.
I was thinking about the shopping cart trick (how I got my ann taylor and kingsize cards)
I logged back into my account and added some products. I think it was around $2,800 and tried again, but was denied.
About an hour later I got a email with a invitation for the path to Apple. I have no idea if adding things to my cart and applying triggered anything. ( I am just relaying what I did).  I looked into doing the "path" but it looks like you need a Apple product so you can use the wallet feature. I don’t have any apple products and I don’t think I am going to buy one just for this experiment.
I would like to see what the path would be. My ficos are all 680-743. No derogs. No late pays ever. A few inquiries in the past 24 months. Average credit age roughly 2yrs 7 months. And my utilization is 1% of $25,500. So not sure what I could do better. I assume they would say no credit pulls, keep making payments on time and don’t run your balances up.

I logged into my Transunion account today to check something and noticed toward the end of the report after the account review inquires Apple Card GS Bank requested a Checking account and Demand Deposit account activity report and the data source was Chex Systems. This was the same day I did the prequal.
My Chex system is clean. (I think) 1 account inquiries last 3 months 2 in 2 years and 3 in the last 3 years.
Apple is the only one that has requested the report. (From Transunion anyway)

Is getting Chex System pulled common for Apple accounts?

I just created an account onChexsystem  and pulled my report and score.  Score is a 673. Two credit union pulls in 2022 (DCU and Elga) and One 3 months ago at Genisys. 

Now I have to find out who used Transunion to pull residental home info on me.

Looking at the Chex report CreditKarma is listed every month in the section "Inquiries Viewed Only By You". I wonder if it was them that requested it.

If you don't use Apple products, then the Apple Card has limited benefit for you.   Not zero, but limited

go for something else instead

also, they may be making a change from Goldman in the next year or so, so you might end up with another provider anyway

You cant do anything with an apple card without an apple device. You cant order a physical card over the phone/via chat/or by mail, etc.

Using Your Account Without a Required Device

This section explains the differences that apply if you use your Account without a Required Device. For example, if you do not apply for or add Apple Card on a Required Device, this section applies.

• To be eligible for and maintain Apple Line of Credit, you must have: (i) an Apple ID associated with an iCloud account that is in good standing with Apple, as well as a valid email address associated with your Apple ID; (ii) Apple's two-factor authentication turned on for your Apple ID that is associated with your iCloud account; and (iii) a device that has a supported browser and is capable of accessing HTML websites to view and retain documents in commonly used electronic formats, including by downloading or emailing documents to an email account to which you have access. • You will be able to contact us as provided for or required by this Agreement, but to contact the Bank using Messages you will need to use an Apple device supporting Messages and send a Message to Apple, which will route you to the Bank for any Account related questions.

• Any written or electronic notice or communication we send to you will be effective as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement or when it is made available to you through card.apple.com.

lol. I have tried multiple times and get denied. Approved for AAA visa, Toyota Visa, Ally, NFCU, but no apple lmao.
