Today, I called the 866-314-0237.

She said that she cannot do anything. she will send my application to executive office. It takes 7 to 10 business days!

My status changed from pending to Cancelled.

when I click on "To view the full decision details click here", I see

I called agaign. He said that it is not cancelled. A special team work on my application!!! They will call me in few days and give me more details about it!

What is difference between cancelled and denied?

Today, I recievd a mail which state that:

We need to confirm your total annual income. Please complete the enclosed 4506-T form. ...

- In line 6 please requaest tax form "1040" and check the box at the end of line 6a.

I am a student and my taxable income (amount in 1040) is very low. In application, I put an amount that I can show document for it but it is not taxable.

what do you suggest? If they will reject me, I would not send it.

They are reviewing to see if you can pay your bill. If you have a form of income that is not taxable, let them know about that as well.

I would say send it in and tell them about the other income. At this point you have already wasted the hard pull and you haven't been denied yet. So why give up?

Monday, I sent my documents to the address which is stated in the letter:

American Express

Attn: Media Dept

4315 S. 2700 W

Salt Lake City, UT 84184

Today, USPS shows:

Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility

Is it normal?

Yesterday, I called. Someone said that the address is not correct and I should send to a PO BOX.

I did not sand again.

Today, I called again. Someone asked few question about my ID, then hang out!

Immediately, I called again. some one else pick the phone. He hold on and checked my document. He said that they recieved my documents. He said that American Express only accept 1040 form as proof of income and they will not accept any other documents. He said that it take 7 to 10 business day to IRS responce to 4506-T form! After they reciveing 1040 from IRS, they need  other 14 days to make a decision! i.e. 28 day from today!

Sounds like a headache so far.  Hopefully in the end it's all worth it and you receive an approval.

Same thing happened to me. 14 day message. Called in and they asked a few questions. Approved. I don't think they pulled your credit yet until you verify. I could be wrong.
