Yes that's correct, you are pre-approved and if what I've read here is correct, it should just be a SP rather than a HP.

For example, when I go to another card I get this message in place of the pre-approval message :

"Applying to expand your membership with us is easy, Mrmikenikes."

With CHARGE card it shows pre approved and with CREDIT cards it shows me same as for you Applying to expand your membership with us is easy

Just want to make sure it won't shows pre approved for everyone and my chances to get approved are really good !
