Applied for Cap 1 CLIs on both cards

I applied for a CLI on both my QS and QS1 a few days ago. Both got the 2-3 days response. Today, I get a notice saying my QS was denied a CLI. No word on my QS1 though? Submitted at the same time, both processing for >2 business days now, so why no response on the QS1 CLI request? Is this maybe an approval? I've never gotten a CLI that wasn't the "five consecutive payments" increase, but when I talked to a rep she said both are enrolled in Credit Steps and that she'd request an increase if she were me.

Unfortunately, that message is indicative of a decline OP. It's likely the other notification should be in receipt shortly.

I slapped the luv button on my QS VS yesterday and the decision letter was in my account today. The decline letter included:

 

- reasons for decline

- CR used to make the decision

- date of the SP on that CR 

- FICO score at the time of the SP 

 

It’s very helpful info that outlines the area(s) of your profile(s) that may need attention.
