you're welcome. what happened for me was they told me its declined due to previous late payment and inquiries. we talked about all the issues i went through so she said she will put it through the second review. 3-4 minutes later she says she will approve it

Called them today, was tranferred to the Verification Dept, rep said she needed me to fax over a copy of my driver's license with the ref number and I would receive a letter 7-10 days after that.  Not sure exactly what all this really means.

usually if they're asking for verification that's good but why would you receive a letter? after faxing i would call and ask for a decision lol.

Faxed over a copy of dl about an hour after speaking with the rep as requested from the verification dept.  Just called about 5 minutes ago for status update, was told the fax hasn't been delivered to their dept yet and even after it is given to them, their dept will not be the dept who gets documentation on whether I've been approved or denied.  She said I will receive by mail either the credit card or a letter of denial.  I asked if I would receive an email with the final decision, she said no, just either the card or the letter.  Hmm, OK!?!?
