Applying for a CLI on the Venmo CC

Hey all!

Does anyone else have the Venmo CC? I've had the card for about a month now and am curious to know if anyone has requested a cli for it?

Re: Applying for a CLI on the Venmo CC

Since it's a fairly new CC program that hasn't even released to the rest of the public, I wouldn't even think they'd be entertaining any CLIs, much the same way when the Verizon Visa was launched.  For the latter, it appears 6 months was the earliest they let CLIs be processed.

Something tells me the underwriting isn't as loose as the Lowe's card but as you said, in DEC, a lot of Verizon Cardholders did well with CLI's....there were a lot of posts then...most all I believe were at the 6 month mark.

I have had the card for two months and don't see a link to even request a cli.

Venmo CC CLI

Has anyone gotten a CLI on the Venmo card (Synchrony)? If so, DPs would be great. If I can I'm going to request one in a few months to prepare for a CSP app.

Unsure, let me see if I can find something...

ETA The wise one says too early. Try again in the future.

Re: Applying for a CLI on the Venmo CC

I have had my card for three months.  Called to ask for a cli and was declined.  TU score is 770 and have a 10k limit on my Synchrony Amazon card.

Re: Applying for a CLI on the Venmo CC

Was it a soft pull inquiry and what was the reason for denial?
