Does anyone have experience applying for a Capital One card from a computer in a state other than where you live? If so, did you have any issues?
I ask because I think I'm about to do that (unless it sounds like a bad idea to y'all). I had an issue with "out-of-state computer" with the last card I applied for (not Capital One); the issue was easily resolved but it required me to call them and explain.

when are you getting back home? If it's before the end of the month, I'd just wait tbh
applying from your phone or a device where you regularly access Cap1 might be less 'suspicious', just don't VPN/adblock where you apply from
