I ask because initially they sent me a mail offer about 3 months ago.

Just something to note, and as mentioned upthread, the account combination feature was removed a long while ago. I wouldn't hold my breath for it to return any time soon especially given today's UW environment and how Capital One has tightened their purse strings.

That offer is most likely no longer good, either because it expired or if anything in your file has changed for the worse. To be honest, if your stats are still similar to what was posted upthread, you'd be looking at a denial or a borderline approval with another toy limit, bucketed card. Plus, account combinations are no longer possible at the moment, and who knows if they'll ever come back. I'd just work with what you've got for at least a year, if not 2. Keep paying on time, working on baddies if you have any, and in time your scores should go up into the "good" range, opening the door to better approvals with much higher limits (assuming income is somewhat high), be it with Capital One or another lender.
