Ok so a little update on my situation...Recently I did an app spree to get started on rebuilding my credit (last week). My scores were EQ 581 TU 581 and EX 600. I was approved for an NFCU credit card, Bloomingdales, Kohl's, and Capital One. I was denied for Chase (expected), Walmart and JCP (For some reason Synchrony hates me and I've never had a card with them).

I still have my $590 medical bill on my report which I'm going to pay off this week and I'll see what happens. It's been on my report for 5 months. The only score that has changed this past week was Experian (a payment for a bank loan) and it went up 18 points so its now at 618. I'm excited about that. I don't know when the others will update because it reports on all so hopefully it will make a difference on those as well.

Also, can anyone explain to me how to put my scores in my signature? Thank you!

Edit: Oh...I was denied for Discover and Amazon as well. (Like I said, Synchrony hates me but I didn't do my research in the beginning and didn't know much until I got here so had no idea they were all the same bank and that it factored into me getting approved. Hard pull inquiries wasted!

First of all, congrats on the approvals!

2. If you name means anything, all of my synchrony pulls were on TU and Im in Texas.  Just saying, they didn't pull any of the others.

3. Click on your name and go to your profile. Click on 'My Settings' and then 'Personal Information'.  In the 'Signature' box, type what you want to appear there and click save at the bottom. Smiley Happy
