Also, HUCA is a good technique when you find a stubborn agent that hasn't had their morning coffee.

 

Also, since they just pulled your CR for the BCE... there's an off chance they'll be using the same BAD info on the additional app unless you either have them HP the fresh clean CR or wait out the SP cycle for a month or two and then pull the trigger.


That's the important part. I'd wait at least two months to make sure fresh pull is used.

I called them again, and there was a lot of resistance because of the 60 day CLI rule, but got through to a supervisor who eventually said that he would transfer this request to the underwriters and that I would get a response in 2 business days. I requested that they make an exception to their rule, and base a CLI increase on updated information on my Experian report.

If things work out and your updated info is pulled you should be good to go on the G/P apps.  Check your account periodically over the weekend for an updated CL.
