B of A CLI Request

Hi everyone

Recently I posted if the CLI requests with B o A are still soft pulls. Consensus is that they are soft. I opened my cash Rewards a year ago. The CLI request just recently showed up. My current CL is a meager $2,500. My lowest CL and I was actually shocked when they opened it with that.  So, anyway.....I did the request and this is the response: 

Your request has been submitted.
You will receive a written decision in 7 to 10 business days.

Request a credit line increase: confirmation

Total credit line requested:

$12,000.00

So, that was it. Folks, recently I have made CLI soft pull requests with Citi, Amex, Disco and now B o A, all responses have been not at this time, or we will contact you.  I guess lenders really are tightening up. All my CC balances report 0 balance now, and I have a mortgage and car loan reporting.

If you're like me, @Dave4fun you can move this along without waiting for a letter....I posted about it 2 weeks ago.

You can call their credit department to get a status and discuss the outcome

My memory is a little foggy on this, but I think I got a "we'll let you know within 5 business days" message on my BoA CLI request. Over the next day or 2 I checked my account and saw the increase, and then the letter in the mail came.

With the other denials, seems like something might be spooking them. Are the mortgage and car newish loans? Do you have any SL? Have you asked for Corona assistance? Recent FICO drop or derogatory?
