Hate to bring an old thread back to life, but this may help future searchers.
Apped for a BoA secured card last night and got declined. Figured they already hard pulled my CR so no harm calling. Was told the same thing "Do we have permission to re-run your app?" *3 or 4 minute hold* "Sorry sir, I'm getting the same decline code as before about your bankruptcy. Is there anything else?"
That was a waste of time....Oh well.
