You just got the secured card a month ago. You also indicated you're fresh off of BK, which included Navy. What are you expecting to be prequalified for?

AmEx BCP (Groceries) | Aven Rewards (Groceries) | Chase Prime (Amazon) | Citi Custom Cash (Dining) | Elan MCP (Utilities)

Agree.. Believe if paid back from reading his history of post it is a year if not mistaken to possibly get an unsecured card although other people know better than myself and they already got the secured card as you echoed from reading their history so not really sure what was expected
I don’t think that means you’re banned. Sometimes, they may restrict prequal eligibility based on how long you’ve been a member or when you last got a credit card/loan.
@PwnNoobs Please read the features and benefits part

Account will be reviewed for a potential upgrade. Please read. How you manage and use the card will determine if and when you will considered to have an unsecured card.
Pre-qualification is a privilege not a right. If you recently got approved for a product they will stop offering you pre-qualification for a time because they need to get to know you with what you have. Also there are some things that will automatically stop offers like BK's. I will say though that Navy Federal hates being included in a BK and it is really hostile to people that wrong them.
