So no recon basically is what I'm reading here?

AFAIK, no recons. I think one would have reapply. Now, I believe if one is approved with a low SL (or higher APR), then there's an option to have it reviewed again. One7 got his SL increased to $10K and they lowered his APR. Not sure if others have been successful though.

yeah I will pass.. the system is pulling an old macy's account listed as "included in bankruptcy" just like the amex system does and I was declined for a "Bankruptcy reporting"
