They told me that my card has to be eligible for a WMC upgrade for them to PC it to Savor One and MasterCard hasn’t identified my profile as eligible (I don’t use my MasterCards enough I guess - SSFCU has been SD’d once I hit the SUB and I don’t have enough non-category spend to really use my PayPal card) but also that PCs to the Savor or Savor One aren’t currently allowed by the system anyway.
