BOA App

So i decided to try my luck with the BOA Cash Rewards for students card and I didnt get apporved but I did get the preselected for the secured verison of me putting my whole $300 down on the card... And I have 3 unsecured cards all my cards are unsecured. What gives.. Should I recon? or 

EX score 691 and AAoA like 2 years.

You could try to recon for the Cash rewards or even the partially secured 99/500 secured.  Their secured card graduates.  Totally great secured card IMO.

It already is the cash rewards secured verison but I will see if they could do the partial one.

Getting a first BofA card (unsecured) can be a tricky proposition from my experience especially if you're profile is relatively new and thin..

I was denied at first (Online) and straightway the next day called into the Credit Analysts Dept for a Recon which was subsequently approved. Some days later that 99/500 app came in the mail but since i beat it to the punch it was a nonissue

If you already accepted a "secured" card i have no idea or experience to share but chances are that you're stuck with that for the duration until "unsecured", whenever that might be..

Congrats!,,,but you DEFINITELY want the 99/500 secured.
