BOA Request CLI link

I logged in to my account today to do my daily routine only to see "request a CLI". I got all excited and smashed that button, knowing usually when you get that link it means you have a good shot of getting it. I was surprised because I got a pretty decent CLI right when BOA announced they would stop hard pulling for CLIs.

Anyway, I asked for another 15k knowing they usually counter offer, and got the 7-10 day message.

I'm guessing that means no?

LOL, thank you for that, was a bit crushed after that 7-10 day message, made me laugh.

Only other consolation was the fact that it was a SP.

BoA cli are now a soft pull?? Mind =blown . Lol
Sorry to hear about the denial op. The request a credit line increase button still haunts me cause she won’t budge , but at least now I can save myself some hard pulls when I get the itch 😀😀

When you see the link and get approved at any time , just remember ol joe with a blue link forever embossed on my account taunting me for eternity, I cant get any forever, so count your lucky charms, your breakfast is moveable

While the 7-10 day message may typically be correlated to a declined outcome, that's not always the case.  IME, the CLI was approved and eventually reflected within 2-3 days, but as always YEMV.

Can you call the credit analyst line for reconsideration? Is there any hope if I call them up on Monday?

My experience was the same. I was approved for cli in May, link popped up again in July. I hit the button and got a 7-10 day message. Letter said too many recent requests.
So more than likely you were denied for requesting too early as well. Now, let's hope this doesn't reset the cli clock or something..

I always wait 3 months + 1 day requesting any sooner will get a letter basically saying to soon.

My records show 5/21 is when they started offering sp for cli, and that is when I received mine.

90 or 91 days after that and it should be good to go...if your account is ready.

so we have a couple more weeks......
