Don't sweat it. Unlike many other issuers a BoA 7-10 business day message just means that the request was deferred to manual review without any inference of an impending denial. If a data point will help boost your confidence my last 4 BoA CLI and last BoA card application all came back with 7-10 day notices and all were approved.

I feel you, my friend, I am just going through what you went through. I just requested for cli and it came back with 5 business days message.
