I've had my BOA secured rewards($500) card for 5 months and saw the cli button on my online account several days ago. I gave the CSR a call and asked if my card could be unsecured and boom he unsecured it. He asked me if i wanted a cli as well but informed me it would be a HP. I said yes and got a cli of $1000. So I'm at $1500 CL right now. Pretty easy.
