BOA apply by phone for World Mastercard?

I know that if you apply online with BOA for cash rewards/travel rewards and are approved you will receive a visa card. I read somewhere on here that you can apply in branch and request the application for a world mastercard. I don't have a branch anywhere near me.

Has anyone ever phoned in an app with BOA and requested and been approved for a world mastercard rewards card? Thanks.

You can apply for the MLB world MasterCard from Bank of America.  Same reward structure

I didn't think of that. Was yours a World Mastercard or regular MC?

I do not have one. According to the T&C it only comes in World MC.

Just FYI there was a 200 bonus last year right after the season started (late April/May)
