Applied yesterday for the BOA secured card with $1,000. Status is currently under review. Fingers-crossed, because if they deny me again, recon is getting a "friendly" phone call from me, as this is one of the reasons why I don't bank with them anymore. 
Okay, rant over. Happy weekend! 
UPDATE: BOA did a HP/inquiry with Experian today (my FICO EX score went up a point -- thanks BOA! lol), and my application status is still under review. Let's hope I see some transfer activity within the next few days.....

**UPDATE**! 
Yesterday, I called the backdoor application status number, and I asked the representative for an update. She cross-connected me with a credit analyst from the Secured Credit Cards Department. She reviewed my information/file, let me plead my case, and then upheld the decision for denial.... 
Thanks in part to you folks, today, while waiting for my vehicle to get serviced, I decided to call the backdoor number for the Secured Credit Cards Department. After waiting about 12 minutes (the BOA hold jingle does grow on you after a while lol 
), wouldn't you know I got the SAME credit analyst from yesterday! Yeah, I hung up on her....lol
I called back, and after about 5 minutes, I spoke with the sweetest credit analyst (I think her name is Annette), and politely asked her for a recon, which she was happy to do. She asked me if I was aware of the baddies on my credit file. I explained to her that I was, and that I was making diligent payments to eliminate those (FYI, she wanted an exact/solid dollar amount of the total payments that I was applying), and that I was attempting to repair my credit overall. After placing me on a brief hold, she came back, and informed me that I was APPROVED!
Of course I asked her about the rewards program. She informed that as soon as I receive the secured card to call the Secured Credit Cards Department, and they will send another card with the rewards package on it.
I'm excited!
Congrats!!!! AWESOME card that can unsecure in as little as 6 months! Mines did! 
Well I jinxed myself and ended up getting denied after all....oh well...
