Which ones, yes-its-me? I don't think just now I want to apply for Sallie Mae or do more cards with Barclay's. Maybe when I have an 800 FICO.
BoA seems like a reasonable choice as long as they don't flip over old inquiries. Any chance they would say my AAOA is too low, do you think?
When I have other major cards with credit limits of $5,800 and 5k as examples, I would not want to accept any kind of partially secured card. It's not worth it. I just wanted to make sure BOA wasn't expecting a much longer AAOA or higher FICO before I apply.

Yeah, a secure card is not worth it for you at this point. You should be fine with BOA card even with the inquiries and AAoA. People have been approved with less AAoA and more inquiries.
If you do apply, report back with results and don't panic if it goes to pending. That is what recon is for..
Thanks for your help, yes-its me. I would have no idea about recons if it were not for the helpful people in these forums.
I appreciate the advice not to panic. I guess instant approval doesn't always happen but I need to work the situation if it doesn't.
And a shout-out thank you to pizza1 for the Barney's card advice! I literally had my Barney's card for two month when I saw her posts here about the cli's. I'm up to 12k now with Barney's. Thanks Pizza!!

You are welcome. And remember if it ever comes to recons, we are here to help you strategize as to how to win...![]()
By the way, that is a very pretty fish...

One final question if I may. Comenity would pull EQ for Sportsmans Guide Visa if I understand correctly. I have 3 HP in the last 6 months on EQ.
I also have 11 HP that are 13 months old.
Are you sure those that are 13 months old would not matter? Thanks very much for your help. I have an AEO Visa from Sync, but that was an upgrade so not sure how tough they are on INQ and Visa approvals, esp with low AAOA (approx 1 yr 7 months)
