Is Barclay sensitive to inquires when asking for a CLI? I've had this card since Novemeber last year and I just recently moved $4k from my Apple card over to it. Would moving the line over from the Apple card count as a CLI in their eyes? I hve 7 inquires on TU and I think about half are from last year.
I know Barclay is inquiry and new account sensitive for sure, but I think only in the last 6 months, so if your inquiries are from last year you should be fine. As far as moving lines and whether or not that counts as a CLI, I don't know. I wouldn't think so, but I have no experience in that dept. yet, so hopefully someone who knows will help out here.

No, not for CLI. The sensitivity is for new accounts only..

I've also had a few new accounts report to TU. Maybe I'll give it a go. Will they counter if they can't give you what you ask for?
If you do, post back and let us know what happens.
I just submitted a CLI and I didn't see anything about it asking for a HP. It wants employment info, how much of an increase and annual income. I then hit next and it said I would get something in the mail.

Well there's always a chance it can still be approved. I have my fingers crossed for you. Keep us updated when you get the letter, it will be interesting to know what they say.

Another thing you may want to try is call and ask for an APR reduction just for the heck of it with the real intention of asking for a CLI while at it. Those are always a softpull... Barclays is weird. Although you didn't see it saying your report may be pulled, you can be surprised at any time.
But if you already requested it, let us know results.
I just looked at my Barclays . . . I hit the button and on the very first screen it says the following:
Request credit line increase
To request a credit line increase, please complete this form and click ‘Continue'. This authorizes us to obtain a current credit report to review your credit information, employment history and any other information necessary to process this application. By obtaining your credit report in this way an inquiry will appear on your credit report which will be available by other creditors. This inquiry may have an impact on your credit score.

^ bingo.. Would of called and asked for an APR reduction and they would of transferred you and also once that was done would of asked for a SP CLI like Yes-Its-Me stated. what is done is done it is a TU pull as you know I am sure.
