Anyone know offhand if a Barclay Uber CLI request would be a hard pull?
(Online text indicates that it would be.)
It is. I've talked to the reps on the phone and they confirmed it is a HP. They are pretty trigger happy from what I have read. I've read data points where people have called asking for a CLI reduction and after that, see if a SP CLI is available. I have not had any luck going that route but I have only been a card holder (same card) since August.
I know it was for the Barclays Apple card
Yes it will be a HP unless you have a retention offer by SP

While this used to work, I think they no longer offer APR reductions, so it's harder to get to the dept that would offer a SP CLI.

All depends on relationship to be honest.. I got my AF waived for life a few months back on AA business card with them. I just aked for a year and they did it for life... Also with britex going to certainly happening now(just a matter of time), they will most likely become more loose, but we avoid the whole political Britian thing.
