So i just got a Barclay Mailer for a World Rewards Card, I was wondering how accurate are their mailers/pre-approvals? Since i got an offer for a World Rewards Card would my chances for a Sallie Mae card be good instead? Personally im more interested in the SM card.
barclay rewards wasn't too bad, but it was the apr that sucked, 24.99%. But I wonder with it being world mastercard (not platinum) does that mean apr might be lower?

Slightly lower, they are offering me 22.9% which is still high, but the 0% could save me about $360 in interest in just those 6 mos....Just by BT my elan card balance to a new card.
Also in the event i no longer need this card can i PC it?

that's all depends on which EO you speak with, some will allow it and some won't, but there's always chance for you to apply for another card and move the credit limit.
