Barclay Ring?

Does anyone know when Barclaycard wull take applications for Ring again?
Each time I go to their site it always saids to try back later. Tu scores up to 777, and figure with a triple 7 score that It could only be a good approval.
Been wanting the card but waiting for score to go up and now its not available. Maybe if I'm a current customer and call they'll let me apply?

Barclay's stinks like rotten cheese. Check out Unify Financial Credit Union. They are based in SoCal but anybody can join through Friend of Hobbs organization for $25. They have great rates including a Visa card with variable APR's as low s 5.24% This beats the pants off Ring's 8.74% or whatever it was.

Unify was formerly known as Western Federal Credit Union, so if you go to join you would see that their website interchanges between Unify and Western still; don't worry about that, it is normal.

FYI-

They actively send out prequals for the Ring, with a link to the app. DH got one a month ago and got approved. Despite having the card, I got a prequal a week or two ago. And one for the $500 AF Luxury Card today. They're actively seeking card members despite apps being "turned off."

Thanks for the great info. I'll wait to see if I can get an invitation. Barclay been a great bank/CC for me,so hopefully I'll receive something in the future. Thanks

Kinda funny but came home today and had invitation for the black card in the mail. The 495 fee makes it unattainable for me though. Wouldnt use the benefits because I don't do any traveling.
Now all they have to do is send invitation for the Ring, I'll jump all over it.

Got the Ring a few months ago. Can't remember how I applied. Good card to have for emergencies.
