Barclaycard really does hate me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont even know why i try with this company, ive been denied twice for the barclaycard rewards mastercard and for the silliest reasons. 1. too many new apps, 2. fico score change. like are u serious? so anyways i applied for the barclaycard with apple rewards because i desperately needed a new laptop, but the application process has been so painful, i cant get a simple no or yes! when i applied my pc froze up again so i called to make sure the app went thru, and it did. i called to see if im approved, and they said we will let you know in 10 days. im  like ok, so i call out the blue a week ago just to see if i got an answer but, im hit with something else. i was told to send in documents to verify myself such as a utility bill, DL and some other stuff. so i sent that in. i called yesterday because its been like 3 weeks, and still no answer. The credit dept said they havent got around to viewing the documents and will contact me when they do? are they serious? what must i do for barclaycard? roll over backwards? i got so fed up and purchased a mac from overstock.com because i cannot wait no more! has this happened to anybody else regarding the barclaycard with apple rewards financing?

Call that number and talk to a credit analyst.

Hope they come back and give you the approvals ASAP. Meanwhile, enjoy your mac from Overstock.

Ive tried to recon with barclay so many times, ive seen worst scores get approved. each time barclay comes up with an excuse. I even wrote a recon letter! what do i say to this analyst?

thanx josh, although the 13.3 screen will hurt my eyes lol, im not even gonna worry about that stupid barclay apple rewards card ! if they approve me then, ill assume another letter will come.

I surely hope so nixon! On second thought if it was a no, then it would have been swift and quick.I never had a cc company drag a denial out this long, so i will see and keep u guys posted.

Sorry to hear the denials. As was mentioned RECON is the word with Barclays. I was denied by Discover twice over two years and then finally got in. Also noticed some banks do tend to hate some of us. There are three banks that will not work with me.

I tried to recon with barclaycard and they sent me a nice denail letter lol ughhhhhh! so im still waiting to hear back from this barclaycard apple rewards visa, i shouldnt have applied, i thought it was apple financing tbh.
