I failed today trying to app for a Barclays Rewards...

Barclays: 866-408-4064 (Credit Analyst)

Barclays: 877-683-1400  (Security Dept)

I'm assuming the Credit Analyst?

Shows Declined.

So I'm guessing that is a straight up denial.

A lot of people have luck re conning Barclay. It may take a couple tries. Good Luck!
