So about  2 weeks ago I sent in the docs they requested for my dad, and every time my dad calls they said it hasnt been processed yet, some CSRs say it could take up to 30 days and the last CSR he spoke with said he might want to calm down on the excessive calling (once a day) to check if its been processed. So for anyone whos been through this how long did it take for u? Thanks.

What docs did he have to send in? I'm not sure about Barclay, but I've heard with other lenders it can take awhile to get the docs and then process the app. Tell your dad just to be patient. Maybe wait until after 30 days have passed and then try calling again.

calling daily is a little excessive. keep in mind that they have a ton of people calling on a daily basis
