Hey everyone,
I know I said I was in the garden with my recent approvals but I've decided to submit one more app prior to my Amex cards reporting for the CSP! I got the 30 day message initially and then the 7-10 then the two weeks requiring additional verification, got a call from a CSR to verify my information before sending my case over to fraud. I am hoping that this is a good sign. I have had a chase bank account for 8 years now and have pretty solid savings/direct deposits with them and ran 5500 through my $1500 freedom card in 3 months. (Switched to Amex everyday for most purchases that last month) I am hoping this additional verification is good news... but we will see. After this app I am hitting the garden hard regardless of denial and hanging out in there for a year or two before trying again. Just wanted to take advantage of my recent chase luv they've been giving me (auto cli on FU after a month and a half) and see what I can pull out of it. Even with a denial I will still be happy with my recent success!
An update on this I got the 30 day message verified some information with a CSR then the automated message said 2 weeks for a decision. The next day it switched to the 30 day message with two letters asking to verify some information. Then I called in today verified a ton of information on myself and the requested AU before being placed on hold. The lady told me that I would need to verify information for MY approval! I was extremely excited waiting on hold. When she came back on she said she's sorry that it needs to be reviewed a little further and should expect a notice in 5-10 business days. Now I am confused and I am guessing that's a denial however, I think there may still be a little hope? Who knows anymore.... oh well back to the garden regardless this was a long shot I was willing to take before the garden even though I'm over 5/24 because chase does seem to like me and approved me for a chase freedom with my previous 550 credit score at $1500 and my chase fu at 585 for $500 before raising to $1000 last month. I wasn't too worried since I am gardening for two years anyway. We will see what happens!

Maybe this will help? Good luck.
That is awesome! Thank you for the resource I will definitely call the recon line! I was just confused because of the two verification letters I received the first was for customer service switching from two weeks to 30 days just a basic name and did I apply for this card. After that I got the 30 days again then another letter and this time it was address social b day au b day and name and address and other information. Interesting stuff I will call the number provided!
Update! Got grilled by recon but a very very nice representative. Took their time asked a few questions. I was told that if I let it my new two chase cards age a couple of months I would be eligible for an approval. This surprised me because this was kind of a on a whim application since I am over 5/24 with mid 600 scores so I will be applying after a few months of aging to my chase cards and applying again! Will be holding off on all other applications until then. We will see what happens after two or three months! chase is and always will be my favorite lender though. I have never had a bad service or been talked down to by them.
