Is it still the Citi Double Cash? Obviously if you have a Discover IT or Chase Freedom and are at a rotating category establishment or you have something like a Amex BCP and are at the grocery store, those are the cards to use. But for every other transaction, is the 2% CB offered by the Citi DC still the best go to card? I am looking to see if there is anything better out there but I am not seeing it. Please let me know your thoughts!

Blispay is a strong competitor to DoubleCash, and superior in my opinion. It's a Visa, so it's usable at Costco. Every purchase over $199 automatically gets 6 months of $0 payments and deferred interest. Great if you want a few months to pay something off.

As most of my purchases are Amazon and grocery store, the Chase Amazon Prime, and BCE are my most used. I actually give up the .5% difference usually in favor of the Capital1 Quicksilver and the very simple 1.5% no minimum to redeem. I do not usually redeem under 25 dollars anyway, but sometimes I'll have only 18 dollars of charges and 20 dollars of rewards...how convenient. It is still probably the highest on everything cash back card though. I just do not use it much in spite of that. I do not care about the Chase Amazon Prime being metal, but man do I love that card mainly because I love Amazon Prime, and was already a member, just could not deal with the store card even for the 5%. I already had the Chase Amazon so it auto upgraded.

Thanks for the heads up on Blispay! That is exactly what I was looking for. Basically, it is the same as the Double Cash but even better with the 6 months no interest financing. I went ahead and applied just now and got insta-approved for $10,000!

Good point on the Amazon, I do a lot of shopping there and always use the Store Card for the 5%. Have been a Prime Member for a while (2007 or 2008, I think) so I couldn't imagine going without it! Good point on the CapOne QS card with the no minimum. I usually end up redeeming all my cash back on all cards at the beginning of the year, so I end up having quite a bit saved up.

At least you didnt get bracketed with a 1k limit on the BlispayCongrats
Friend of mine applied for Blispay recently and got stuck with $1K. He has other cards that have $10K+ limits, so it was a little confusing to hear.

Ouch, that would have been bad. They are doing that to people? You basically wouldn't be able to take advantage of the 6 months no interest financing without ruining your util.

Nice SL! $10k is about the highest they go. I think there may have been one or two reports of $12k as a Blispay SL, but that's their cap. Unfortunately, it's their cap forever since they've been around over a year now and not a single person has been able to obtain a CLI.
I have both Blispay and DC and they are relative equals. Each one has a perk or two that the other doesn't, but both serve their purpose well as a 2% CB card on non-category type spends.
