I have never had an issue with Costco gas and never knew anyone that did. It is the most popular gas station in our community. Never heard of anyone having their vehicle compromised by buying bad gas there Have a friend who is a highly paid diesel mechanic and troubleshooter. He works on multi million dollar pieces of equipment and laughs when people talk about only going to Shell, Chevron, Tesoro etc. He told me that the additives, proprietary blends etc are a bunch of hype that the big companies love to market so they can get top dollar for their product. You are throwing away your money to believe otherwise. Consumer reports and other consumer watch dog groups have done studies confirming what I am saying. As far as Costco goes they offer a wide variety of products from budget to gourmet and are able to do so by buying in quantity. I know a lot of chefs and restaurant owners who shop there. Costco also treats their employees well and provides a living wage.

Given that the NRA CC is no longer being offered at the moment, this thread has taken added importantance. Except after reading it, after the 1st page, I didn't learn anything other than Costco. Well, that doesn't work for everyone. Of the 3 Costcos that I'm ever near, none offer gas.
Revolving categories CC aren't good year round for gas.
So back to the original question. What other CC offers 5% on gas all the time other than the suggestions on page 1 of this thread.
Fort Knox federal credit union visa platinum card. Have to donate $5 to an org and then can become a member. It’s a hassle it seems but is the only other 5% option around I believe besides Sams club MasterCard (which caps at $6000 and have to be a sams club membership).
Just get the Ducks Unlimited card. That one isn't going anywhere.
Seems the other options woud be credit unions (PenFed, Ft. Knox), Costco... or just settle for 3% the rest of the year like me.

Ducks Unlimited card from FNBO offers 5% on gas also. Just no $40 sign up bonus.
