I applied last night and don't recall the Blispay credit card application asking for a middle name or initial. Just wondering if I somehow missed it.
If I were the OP, I'd be more concerned with the fact that Blispay may not be able to "verify identiy" which is one of the #1 reasons for denial for this card. It can be something as minor as an incorrect name... so if they're verifying with/without a middle initial it could pose a potential problem.

Not unlike SCT, you need to fill in fields exactly as your address on file with experian.
Appreciate the knowledge ... did not know this.
I'm the outlier here... I've actually requested (successfully) to have my middle initial removed from an account.
Granted, my name does have a suffix so there's plenty there without the initial.
On topic, the probable mismatch was likely the reason I was prompted to call for my own Blispay approval... the very friendly CSR had me confirm a few accounts from my credit report then approved me on the spot.

Does it matter? I have a few cards that don't have my middle initial on it. If you are concerned I bet they would add if and send a new card. If they charge just have them add it for "next time" and then request a lost card replacement in a month or two.
Not concerned, just a preference. Guess I'm kind of OCD.

I had to call them to verify my identify. About an hour and a half later, I received a "You're in! Welcome to Blispay." email. Approved with a 10k limit!

Sweet! Congratulations and a very nice limit to boot!
