It was after they had stopped applications, and reopened them after a day or two.

Actually I was just told that it is only a mere 60 days by the CSR.
Don't believe anything a CS rep says from any company, much less a startup one like Blispay where they are even less experienced.
I had a CS rep tell me a few weeks ago when I asked why my Amex FICO score hadn't updated in 3 months (when most people reference it updating monthly) and the CS rep told me it only updates when something negative happens to your credit reports. LOL. So basically if you go a year of building up your credit profile with zero negative information your score will never update and just stay the same. I was like "oooooh ok thanks" and ended the conversation. Some of them are just absolutely clueless.
