Am I the only one calling in every single time?  Do y'all call in?    My last cli on Macy's (yesterday) showed this same reason since last week.  I have never been successful requesting a cli online, always get the call in message.

I haven't seen the call in message since I passed 60 days. I called in the day of approval to attempt a higher SL, was told I could try at activation. Called the day I received the card and was told they would need to do a HP, I quickly bowed out and continued to try online until the form finally loaded at 60 days. But I remember reading another member also required call ins. It's obvious the SOPs are individualized and would seem a profile is created after the initial application x first few CLI attempts (eg: amount , time , hp/sl, call/online, cap limit ). Just theorizing, who knows what computer algorithms use to determine account parameters.

I never call in I just wait for the CLI info page to pop up . My Macy's Amex hits 31 days on Wednesday. I will see if I am able to request one online and just keep plugging away at Macy's if they grant me one.

Dh's Macy's went from 1K SL to 22.5 in a matter of months 👍

Oh Sistah! @Jnbmom  I'm on a roll here girl!  As you say, "I've been culling" and boy does it feel good.  A little SPRING CLEANING OUT OF SEASON.

So I figured my chances to grow ONE store amex is better than trying to grow TWO store amex cards....and it's really annoying playing these two cards against each other.  So guess what I did?

In 30 or 40 days Macy's will let me know what I did....we shall see when I hit that button.

Welp got the call in screen 😞so I am gonna wait patiently until the CLI online appears 😕

@Jnbmom   why don't you just call in.  It's painless; promise ya!   I have had to call in every single time.  The only hp I took was the first one, I rushed it.  The second was a sp and half size of the first cli but that's cool.
