BoA CLI button disappeared

Is this normal? I got a 3x increase from the button and the next day, it disappeared and has not return yet.

I had the same experience for about 6 months. It will return when you are eligible to request another CLI.

Once a CLI is approved - it usually takes about 3 months again to show up. BoA CLI's generally go about 90 days from the previous one.

As others have mentioned OP, once the account becomes eligible again, the CLI option will return.
