Have you treid reconning? I was denied for a BofA secured card, but was able to get approved after recon. The best thing about the BofA card is that it will eventually unsecure if you take care of it, and once it does unsecure there is no stigma attached to the card. Personally, my card unsecured when I called in after about 10 months (I think some people have reported as early as 5-6 months). And about 6 months after that I was able to get an analyst to convert it to a BBR, which is exactly the card I have been hoping for. A CLI would have required a HP at any step along the way so I've always declined, but some others have been able to get hefty CLI's, getting cards that started as secured up to $20-30k.
Good luck

Good luck on your rebuildYou seem to have enough cards as of now to start a nice strong profile as ive noticed you have 4 secured bank cards that when graduate will really help . I dont think you need the Credit One card as you have plenty of other cards to help establish your credit again. Just my "average" thought for the day
I agree with AverageJoesCredit and think you already have plenty of secured cards except in my case, I did get Credit One which IMO did speed things along but results vary on the individual. I only had 2 secured cards (one 10 months old, the other 7 months old) and just got them both unsecured this month so that strategy does work.
