BoA Secured Graduation

I have had the BoA secured card since 11/2014. I called at a year and they denied the graduation. I thought it was automatic? Am I wrong?

Yes, Capital One 30 day late last november, but otherwise clean. Ficos are 590-610

Yeah, low score any crap one could be a reason. Call crap 1 EO and ask to remove that late payment as a goodwill gesture

I guess you card is from 11/2013 right?

If they don't like something on your credit they will not graduate, sorry.

i had my boa secured card for exactly 2 years now this card BLOWS, but it was my 1st card. card did graduate at the 12 month mark but they

would not give me a cli with out a hard pull, i told em to kick rocks took that hard pull to Discover It as my second card 5k than a couple months after

went for the AMEX everyday now at 15k and just got my Chase Saphire approved for 12k.... BOA now holding me back with that petty limit of $300

        If that is your true score why is it so low? A 30 day late is affecting it that much? Hmm I hope I am wrong but seems there is more to it here. What current credit cards do you have and what are their current balances that you're carrying? Utilization? How old are the accounts? Sorry about the no graduation but besides that 30 day something else is going on here; it has to be. We're not here to judge you but giving us the whole picture will get you better, detailed responses. A majority of people have had scores like you here and we have rebuilt them from the ground up.
